Crescent Pepperoni Roll-Ups and Picky Eaters

It seems kids never tire of Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Ravioli and Chicken Nuggets. However, I know that mom’s get tired of serving these to their kids. I do! My husband works 24 hours on and 48 hours off. On the days that he is at work I don’t cook for me and the girls. If they were good eaters this would be different, but the define PICKY!! So, I have been trying to find quick, kid friendly things I can prepare for us while Daddy is at work with few ingredients. My 4 year old wouldn’t touch pizza for anything but liked the crust on the edge. We never went out to eat pizza because of this. Recently, we went to a birthday party in which pizza was served to the kids. I was prepared to go buy her a hotdog at the concession stand and told my friend not to bother giving her any because she wouldn’t eat it. Kids will make a liar out of you…she ate the whole slice. It was a pretty big slice too. My 3 year old who loves pizza…didn’t touch hers. Since my pizza hater has now become a pizza lover (so long as it’s cheese pizza…she picks off the pepperoni’s)…I decided this recipe had to be made as soon as I saw it on Pinterest. Pinterest….I need an intervention…but that is a whole different post. This recipe involves 4 ingredients and few steps! They were a big hit with my girls who declared them, “Yummy!!’ Mama liked them too. I made some with just cheese for my 4 year old...and I didn't have pizza sauce so I added parsley, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder to canned tomato sauce to dip them in.

They turned out pretty good and look pretty yummy too dontcha think? 8]
